Ireland beat Italy

Ireland beat Italy in last round 1-0 to qualify to 1/8 finals but when you beat Italy in last round when it is 100% sure already that Italy will win group even they lose... this result should not be taken to seriously as Italy usualy lose or draw this kind of games. In other two matches Ireland lost to Belgium heavy 3-0 ad draw to Sweden. France had lot os problems scoring goals against Albania, Romania and Switzerland and won this group with goals in last minutes of match.

France team will be lead on their home EURO by ex national team star Didier Deschamps and he is good choice for French team. On goal they have Tottenham Hugo Lloris, in defence best players are Manchester City Eliaquim Mangala, Arsenal Laurent Koscielny and Lucas Digne and they have support of experienced becks Evra, Sagna an Jallet. Main man in midfield is for sure Juve star Paul Pogba but he will have good support in Kante from Leicester, Matuidi from PSG, Schneiderlin from Man United, Payet from West Ham and Sissoko from Newcastle. Even Benzema do not play I think they have one of most dangerous attack in EURO with great Atletico Madrid winger and one of best players in the world at the moment Antoine Griezman, great Manchester United jungster Anthony Martial, experienced Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud and Bayern Munchen rising star Kingsley Coman.

Ireland team is lead by Martin O Neill. He has some solid players in lineup. On goal there is Westwood but he is not some big plus for Irealnd team. Defence is much better with Aston Villa Ciaran Clark, Norwich Robbie Brady and Everton Seamus Coleman. In midfield best players is also Everton James McCarthy, but support of Glenn Whelan from Stoke and David Meyler from Hull City will also be walcome. In attack best is for sure Southampton Shane Long that will have support of WBA winger McClean and experienced Stoke City winger Walters.

Ireland will concentrate on defence in this match there is no doubt about this so only thing we do not know is will France score some goals or not. I think 90 minutes of pressure on Ireland goal will result with France win.
